HUSH Tech Solutions, a leading BPO company in Lusaka, Zambia, is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to promote and sell products/services.
- Maintain 100% QA.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company objectives.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- 0-2 years of sales experience (experience in a BPO or call center is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
