Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee all financial operations of our BPO company in [Country Name]. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategies, budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business growth and sustainability.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws and company policies.
- Monitor and control costs to improve profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate financial records and mitigating financial risks.
- Implement financial process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Work closely with senior management, clients and financial institutions to align financial goals with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
